One person is dead and another is injured after a crash in the Upstate, Friday. The fatal wreck happened just before 11AM on Haigler Street in Abbeville.
Master Trooper Brandon Bolt of the South Carolina Highway Patrol says, the driver of Kia Soul rear ended a Chevy dump truck that was parked on the street.
The dump truck was occupied and the driver was injured and was taken to a local hospital. The driver of the Kia Soul was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released.
