One person is dead following a crash in the Upstate Monday. The one vehicle wreck happened around 3 :20 Tuesday afternoon on Holiday Dam Road about 5 miles South of Pelzer. The South Carolina Highway Patrol says the driver of a Chevy Pickup ran off the road and hit a tree. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, he has since been identified as 31 year old, Zachary Stone of West Pelzer.
