One dead following single vehicle crash near Greenwood

The Highway Patrol reports there was a deadly single vehicle collision early Monday morning in Greenwood County. Corporal Joe Hovis says the driver of a 2012 Dodge pickup truck ran off the side of the roadway on Airport Road, about a mile north of Greenwood, striking a guardrail and overturning. The driver died at the scene. The name of the victim has not yet been released.
