Officials say, 4 people were shot at a North Georgia Nightclub. The GBI or Georgia Bureau Of Investigations is looking into a shooting that left one person dead and three others injured. The shooting happened around 2:15 Monday morning at Jack's Bar & Grill in Hartwell, about 20 miles from Anderson.
When officers arrived in the parking lot of the club they located three shooting victims. One was pronounced dead at the scene, two others were taken to an area hospital with life threatening injuries. A 4th victim went to the hospital on their own and was treated and released.
The GBI says, several vehicles were hit with gunfire as well. The Hart County Coroner's Office has identified the deceased victim as, 39 year old Roberius Thornton. No suspects in the case have been identified and no arrests have been as of this time. There's been no word on the circumstances that led to the shooting.
