An investigation is ongoing after a reported hunting accident, over the weekend. The SCDNR responded to the Enoree area of Spartanburg County around 6:30, Saturday night.
When DNR officials arrived they learned that a hunter had accidentally shot another hunter. The two had been out coyote hunting, when the incident took place.
The victim suffered wounds to the chest and hand, which are not expected to be life threatening. The incident remains under investigation by the SCDNR.
