The Greenville County Coroner's office says one person has died in a collision near the Augusta Road on-ramp to 85 south bound in Greenville. The Highway Patrol reports a pedestrian was stuck and killed on 85 south bound just before 5AM Monday.
The victim was hit by a Kenworth Tractor Trailer and a Jeep SUV and died at the scene. The name of the victim has not been released.
It's Greenville County's eighteenth pedestrian or bicycle death this year. Twenty-seven were reported in all of last year.
