The Spartanburg Police Department is investigating a sexual assault from earlier this month. The incident occurred around 2 AM on September 20th, in the Priscilla Rumley Park.
The victim says a man approached her in a vehicle, he then grabbed her, took her to the ground and assaulted her. The suspect then fled in a small red car. Police have not identified the suspect, they did describe him as a tall, thin, Black man with dread locks.
