President Biden is set to visit the Upstate and Western North Carolina, Wednesday. The President is expected to arrive this afternoon and will attend a briefing at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena.
Officials say Biden will be given an aerial tour of the impacted areas of Western North Carolina.
