The White House is alerting the media on President Biden's touch-and-go trip to South Carolina to tout the benefits of "Bidenomics" Thursday.
Air Force one is set to arrive just before noon at Columbia Metropolitan Airport. He'll proceed to Springdale, a few minuts outside of West Columbia, for an appearance at Flex manufacturing.
He will talk about a partnership deal in which Flex will produce microinverters, components that will convert the electricity generated by solar panels, DC voltage, to AC power for the grid.
The devices were designed by a California company. The president will say the partnership stemmed from legislation he backed and signed. The he heads back to the airport for a 2:20 departure back to DC.
