Prisma Health announced a new milestone in their Home Recovery Care program.
The goal of the program is to offer “hospital-level care” to patients in their own homes, and the health provider says it has now served 2,000 patients through this program since its launch in 2019.
In a press release, Prisma Health senior vice president of Value Based Care & Clinical Integration said the announcement marks “a major milestone that marks our sustained success in serving the growing demand and patient preference for alternative care options.”
Prisma says it wants to continue expanding the program to meet the growing demand for hospital-at-home services.
