Quaker Oats Recall - Granola Bars, Cereals and Snack Mix

Quaker Oats has expanded a nationwide recall of it's granola bars.

The recall, which began in December, expanded in January and now has expanded again. On Wednesday, January 31, 2024, The Quaker Oats Company included Chewy Dipps Llama Rama to the recall list. The reason, potential “salmonella contamination.”

Over 20 products have been recalled since December including granola bars, cereal and cereal bars, instant oatmeal and snack mix. Click HERE to see the entire listed of recalled items.

According to the Food & Drug Administration, Salmonella, is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Anyone experiencing symptoms of dehydration, prolonged vomiting, or diarrhea with a fever of over 102 degrees F, among other symptoms — should contact a doctor immediately.
