Two Greenville County sheriff’s deputies are being praised for helping save the life of a young girl who stopped breathing after falling into a swimming pool.
Officials say Deputies Jordan Stevenson and Connor O’Shields responded quickly and used their training to take lifesaving action during the critical moments that followed.

The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office says the deputies’ professionalism, quick thinking, and determination made all the difference when seconds mattered most. The child survived, and the agency is recognizing both deputies for their service and commitment to protecting the community.
