A road rage incident Tuesday ended in a shooting. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says they dispatched to Highway 101 and Berry Shoals Road in Greer to meet with the female victim. Upon arrival, they found the woman suffering from a gunshot wound. Deputies say, the woman's injuries are not life threatening.

The road rage incident reportedly began on I-85 North as both vehicles approached Highway 290. The male suspect was later located in a parking lot on Spring Crossing Circle near Riverside High School in Greer. He was arrested in connection to the incident, the Greer Police Department assisted in the arrest. As of the time of this report, the Sheriff's Office had not released the suspect's name , stating the arrest warrants for him had not been signed and the investigation was still active.
