The Supreme Court is upholding a ruling that blocks a right-wing government watchdog group from deposing Hillary Clinton over her use of a personal email account. The order was issued this week unsigned and without comment. A federal appeals court previously ruled that the former Secretary of State cannot be compelled to appear for the deposition by Judicial Watch.
