Efforts by state officials in Colorado and Maine to keep former President Donald Trump off the Presidential Primary ballot in those states, citing his involvement in the January 6th Capitol Riot, will soon be under scrutiny of the US Supreme Court.

State Attorney General Alan Wilson, says South Carolina is a part of that lawsuit and joined the Tara Show Thursday morning to explain what's happening. Wilson said there have been efforts to remove Trump from the South Carolina Presidential Preference Primary ballot.

Attorney General Wilson also gave his thoughts on whether the U.S. Supreme Court would rule in Trump's favor. The entire conversation is below.
