The South Carolina Attorney Generals Office says an Upstate man will spend time behind bars for crimes against children. Attorney General Alan Wilson says, Robert Earl Turner of Anderson County has been sentenced to 9 years in prison for the sexual exploitation of minors. Turner entered guilty pleas on Monday to five total counts of the crime. Turner was already a registered sex offender after being convicted for lewd act with a child under 14 in 1999.
