Highway Patrol has reported a delayed fatal collision in Pickens County.
The crash happened on OCtober 8th around 8:15 PM on SC-183 near Hamburg Road.
Two people on a Harley Davidson motorcycle were traveling west when a Honda SUV traveling east failed to give right of way and turned into a private drive in front of the motorcycle.
The motorcycle then hit the SUV.
Both the driver and rider of the motorcycle did not have helmets or protective clothing on at the time.
The driver of the motorcycle eventually succumbed to their injuries.
The crash is still under investigation.
