Charges have been filed weeks after a fatal crash in Anderson County. The crash happened just after 10AM on July 19th, when two vehicles collided on LaFrance Road.
The Anderson County Coroner's Office says 36 year old, Christopher Prince was killed in the crash. This past Friday, the suspect was identified as Matthew Thimons.
He has been taken into custody and is charged with felony DUI resulting in death.
