There is potential winter weather in the forecast for the Upstate this weekend. Master Trooper Mitchell Ridgeway of the South Carolina Highway Patrol is no stranger to these situations. He's been working the roads of the palmetto state for over a decade and has been on the job, in the middle of winter weather several times. In the audio interview below, Trooper Ridgeway gives tips to Upstate drivers and says that with the weather the response time for the Highway Patrol maybe slower than usual.
