
One Upstate Sheriff's Office says three suspects were arrested last week, in unrelated sex crime cases. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office arrested the trio if suspects, last Thursday.
59 year old, Darryl Mast of Boiling Springs was taken into custody on three counts of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and two counts of the same crime in the 3rd degree. Investigators say, evidence found during a search of the suspect's home corroborated the victim's story.
That same day, 18 year old Michael Anderson of Inman was arrested on two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor. The underage victim reported to Spartanburg School District officials that Anderson sexually assaulted him on a school bus, last month.

In the 3rd arrest, 34 year old Robert Mitchell Barbrey of Inman on two counts of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and three counts of the same crime in the 3rd degree.

The charges stem from an investigation that began in Florida. Investigators say that Barbrey committed similar offenses in Spartanburg County. All three suspects were booked at the Spartanburg County jail.
