UPDATE: Marshal has been found according to the City of Seneca Fire Department Facebook page. This is what they posted: "He’s hungry but ok. Thank you to everyone who shared and posted. Without the communities help we wouldn’t have found him."

The City of Seneca Fire Department is asking community member to keep and eye out for their mascot, Marshal.
According to their Facebook page, Marshal got out Wednesday night during a fire call response. He is believed to have run off behind the fire station on 4th Street or the Adam’s subdivision area.
Marshal is not wearing a collar or harness. The Department said they put up a drone late Wednesday night, but were unsuccessful.
"He is very friendly and will come up to anybody most of the time. He loves to run and see people. Please keep us posted if you spot him even driving around."
As of Thursday, Marshal has still not been found. Should you spot him or get a hold of him, please call the City of Seneca Fire Department at (864) 885-2738. They are located at 321 W South 4th Street in Seneca.
