On Monday, Columbia based Strom Law Firm announced that they are representing multiple clients in a lawsuit, who claim they were sexually abused. The suit names Rockstar Cheer and Varsity Spirit as defendants and intends to reform the U.S. All-Star Federation, which the law firm claims left the victims in harm's way.

Bakari Sellars, a well known attorney is representing the victims for Strom and said " “This is the nightmare. I can’t imagine what it must be like knowing that, instead of being nurtured and protected, their sons and daughters were being victimized everytime they dropped them off at the gym.”

The allegations of sexual misconduct against Scott Foster were being investigated by the Dept. Of Homeland Security and other agencies, at the time of his suicide.
