Media release provided by the Greenville County Sheriff's Office Sunday.
This afternoon, just after 2pm, deputies responded to 920 W. Lee Rd in reference to a gunshot victim.
The shooting took place after two adult males got into a physical confrontation.
Both parties involved were transported to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries which appear to be non-life threatening.
The investigation is ongoing.
