Arrest made in Columbia shooting following a USC football game.

On November 2, 2024, Richland County Deputies responded to a shooting which injured 3 people. Two of the victims were innocent passersby walking home from a Gamecocks win over Texas A&M. Deputies say a fight led to the shooting.

Investigators were able to identify the suspect, 38 year old Wendell Snow.  He was arrested Thursday morning, November 14, 2024, at his home. Two others found at the house were taken into custody after a stolen weapon and narcotics were discovered inside.

Snow is charged with two counts of Attempted Murder, Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime, and Simple Possession Marijuana.
