Should Alec Baldwin face criminal charges?

Reports have come out that Alec Baldwin may still face criminal charges, stemming from the accidental shooting on a movie set. Baldwin thought the gun was a prop gun, he fired and hit two people. One person, cinematographer Halyna Hutchins died after being hit by gunfire. While it was accidental, there are still possible criminal charges that Baldwin could face.
