There has been much talk about the need for term limits for elected officials. Specifically in the U.S. House and Senate, as several members of both have become career politicians. Many political analysts and everyday people seem to think that the lack of term limits benefit the politicians but harm the people. It is as if the person is bigger than the office held because they are capped by a limit. You hear complaints about it a lot, however those same politicians are continuously voted in over the years.
