SLED has charged a Pickens County man after a shooting in a domestic incident early last Friday morning in Liberty.
Pickens County Deputies were called to a home on Honey Lane where they found a woman suffering from gunshot wounds. She was taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Monday, SLED reported Joshua Bradford was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder and Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime.
Warrants stated that Bradford and the victim got into an argument , which became a physical fight. Bradford shot her multiple times.
The Pickens County Sheriff's Office requested SLED's involvement in the investigation as Bradford had worked at the Pickens County Detention Center a few years ago.
