Several countries have suspended flights to the U.K. amid concerns about a new strain of coronavirus reportedly spreading across Southern England. More than 40 countries have already banned cross-border travel from the U.K. So far, the United Kingdom has identified over 1,000 cases of the variant strain that health officials say appears to "spread more quickly" than previous strains. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is calling on the federal government to require testing or a complete ban on travelers coming into the United States from England.
