An Upstate man is dead after crashing his motorcycle over the weekend. The single vehicle wreck happened just before 8 PM Saturday night on South Piedmont Road in Cherokee County.
The crash report says, the motorcyclist was traveling at high speeds, when he ran off the road, struck a tree and was ejected off the bike and landed in a field.
Cherokee County Coroner Dennis Fowler has identified the man as 24 year old, Christian Isiah Tracy of Spartanburg. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
