A leader in the State House Freedom Caucus has his sights set on a bid for the U.S. Congress. District 20 Representative Adam Morgan, he joined the Tara Show Friday morning.
Morgan will face incumbent William Timmons in next year's GOP Primary and explained why he is running against Timmons.
Congressman Timmons responded to Morgan's announcement with a statement that said " The facts are clear: Adam Morgan has failed to deliver results in Columbia and does not deserve a promotion to Congress. In his own words, Adam’s greatest “legislative accomplishments” are filing a lawsuit and abandoning the Republican Party to form a third-party caucus that shrank in size under his “leadership.”
