An Upstate man is facing a long list of child sex crime charges. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says 42 year old, Bobby Joe Davis of the Mountain Rest Community was arrested Friday.
Davis is charged with a dozen counts of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor, 7 counts of the same crime in the 2nd degree and multiple other charges. An investigation was launched last week after a deputy was notified of the allegations.
Investigators spoke with two victims and a family member and determined that Davis sexually assaulted both victims multiple times between 2013 and this year.
