A pursuit Tuesday night ended with the suspect in custody. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office says a pursuit ended with an arrest after the suspect vehicle crashed. The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. last night when Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle on New Easley Highway near Sentell Road. The driver did not comply and a chase ensued. The pursuit ended shortly after it started when the suspect crashed into another vehicle.
The Sheriff's Office says both drivers in the crash suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital for treatment. There's been no word yet on the suspect's identity and no formal charges have been announced as of the time of this report.
