An arrest has been made in an Upstate murder case. As we previously reported, 24 year old Markel Holland was shot and killed around 1AM, Sunday morning at Simon's Bar and Grill on Clemson Boulevard in Anderson.
The Sheriff's Office says the 29 year old suspect , Curtis Nance was located in the Greenwood area and was taken into custody, Sunday night.
Investigators report that a fight between the two men led to the shooting. Holland died from his injuries after being transported to a local hospital.
Nance is charged with murder and is being held at the Anderson County Detention Center.
