A suspect has been charged after allegedly firing shots into a home in the Upstate back in 2021. The Anderson Police Department responded to a home on Fleming Road on reports of shots fired in December of 2021. Upon arrival, officers found bullet holes in a window and in the front of the house.
Investigators say, shots were fired into the home on three other occasions, from September of 2021 through May of this year. As of last week, Valentine was being held in a Virginia jail on fugitive warrants from there.
He'll face a judge in Virginia, who will rule on his extradition. Once he's transferred back to Anderson will be formally charged with attempted murder and a weapons violation.
There's been no word from the Anderson PD on the possible motive for the shooting.
