Murder charges have now been filed against the suspect in a fatal Upstate shooting, Tuesday night. As we previously reported, the Anderson County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported domestic dispute at a home on Ivy Circle.
The victim of the fatal shooting has been identified as 29 year old, John Stevens. Detectives have identified the suspect as 34 year old, Adam Hanna. Investigators say that a woman was involved in a custody exchange with Hanna when an argument broke out.
Stevens then showed up at the house during the argument. A fight then broke out between Hanna and Stevens, which led to the shooting. Hanna was originally charged with aggravated domestic violence. He now faces charges for the murder of John Stevens and a weapons violation
