An arrest has been made after a fatal Upstate shooting over the weekend. As we previously reported, The Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting at a home on Augusta Road, just after 2:30 Sunday morning.
Upon arrival, they found the victim 23 year old, Christopher Keyshawn Williams. He was transported to Greenville Memorial, where he later died. The Sheriff's Office now says the suspect, 39 year old Robbie Patrick Fleming turned himself in, Tuesday evening.
Investigators learned that Fleming was in an argument with someone at the house and fired a gun striking Williams, who was a bystander. Fleming was charged with murder and a weapons violation.
