The suspect arrested in connection to a Greenville County death investigation has been identified. 21 year old, Tyler Wilkins has been identified as the suspect that was arrested, after two people were found dead inside a home on Saw Mill Road in Marietta, Wednesday night.
The Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded following a 911 call regarding a missing woman. She was found dead inside the home, along with what they described as a "lifeless fetus".
Wilkins was arrested and charged with unlawful conduct towards a child, after investigators say, he failed to seek medical attention for the baby.
Other potential charges against Wilkins are expected, they are pending autopsy results.
