We have more information on that gas station shooting in Laurens County, that prompted a warning that the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. The caught-on-video incident at the Nu-Way store in the Waterloo Community Monday night left the victim in critical condition. The Laurens County Sheriff's Office identified the suspect as 22-year-old Dextavious Laquez White, he is wanted for attempted murder.
Security cam video shows the gunman chasing another man out of the store, firing a shot near the gas pumps and running away. Deputies think someone picked him up on Riverfork Road. There's no vehicle description, but the shooter is described as a black male, about five-eight, 140 pounds with tattoos on both arms. The Sheriff's Office asks anyone who sees him to call 9-1-1, but do not approach him.
