
The search is on for a suspect who fired shots across to lanes of traffic on an Upstate highway. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting Wednesday afternoon on Highway 24 and Michelin Boulevard.
Investigators say a driver was shot in the leg which caused a crash. The Sheriff's Office says the shooting victim suffered minor injuries and there were no bystanders in the middle lanes of traffic during the incident.
No arrests have been announced, as of the time of this report. Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to contact the Anderson County Sheriff's Office.
