Officers used a pit maneuver to stop the vehicle, Flores then exited the vehicle and ran on foot. He was taken into custody after a short foot chase. Flores was wanted in both North Carolina and Florida.

WFLA reports that he was on the run for over a week after allegedly shooting and killing a man, in a small Florida town about 60 miles from Sarasota.
