A man who was wanted in connection to a kidnapping in the Upstate, is now in custody. 26 year old, Jordan Trevion Sweeney was apprehended late last week in Greenville County. As we previously reported, Sweeney was wanted after an October 19th kidnapping in Laurens. Police say, Sweeney abducted a woman at gunpint from the yard of a home in Laurens. The vehicle used in the kidnapping was located in Simpsonville and the victim was rescued. Sweeney was at large until the past Friday, when he was located and arrested. The kidnapping remains under investigation by the Laurens Police Department
