Three people are facing trafficking charges after a drug bust in Western North Carolina. The Buncombe County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant on an apartment in the East Asheville community, earlier this month.
Deputies seized nearly two ounces of fentanyl, over an ounce of cocaine and more than 16 grand in cash. Three people were arrested in the raid, they include Kyleigh Klein-Rude, Don Wesley Honeycutt and Thomas James Cole.
Honeycutt and Klein-Rude are charged with trafficking and manufacturing of fentanyl and cocaine and other drug crimes. Cole is charged with conspiracy to traffic fentanyl and cocaine.
