Three arrested on charges from Upstate murder case in April

Three suspects in an April murder case in the Upstate are now in custody. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says the body of 29 year old, Franklin Shaves Hines Jr. was found in a wooded area in Enoree, April 13th. Investigators say Hines was last seen leaving a Spartanburg County night club with a group of people on April 10th.

The Sheriff's Office says 22 year old Jiquan Nasir Stover, 23 year old Ant'Tavis Deuantae Foster and 36 year old Lajohn Devarus Gaither all of Lancaster have been charged with the murder of Hines. They also have all been charged with a Weapons Violation.

Foster and Gaither were arrested in Late April, Stover was apprehended in Florida and extradited back to the Upstate earlier this week. A fourth suspect 40 year old, James Jamar Smith of Greer is still at large. He's the father of Jiquan Stover and is Accessory After The Fact.
