More charges have been filed on two people who were taken into custody in the Upstate last week. On June 8th, the U.S. Marshals were looking for two fugitives in Spartanburg County. 36 year old, Jamario Robinson and 29 year old, Elisa Marie Rosario were both wanted on warrants from Louisiana for trafficking Meth and both also had active federal warrants. Robinson was also a suspect in an incident, in which shots were fired at police in California when they tried to stop his vehicle.
During surveillance of a home in Moore, Robinson was seen getting into a vehicle. He was later stopped by Spartanburg County Deputies and taken into custody without incident. Deputies then went back to the residence looking for Rosario, she was found there with a child.

A search warrant was then obtained for the home. The search turned up over 17 pounds of Marijuana, over 6 ounces of Meth and a rifle. A 3rd suspect, 31 year old Crystal Denise Jones was also at the home when it was searched. Robinson, Rosario and Jones all face charges of drug trafficking and weapons violations. Robinson and Rosario also charged with Unlawful Neglect Of A Child.
