Three soldiers killed in a Jordan drone attack were all from Georgia.

On Monday, The Department of Defense identified the three Army Reserve soldiers who were killed Sunday supporting Operation Inherent Resolve in Jordan.

Sergeant William Jerome Rivers of Carrollton, Ga.; Specialist Kennedy Ladon Sanders of Waycross, Ga.; and Specialist Breonna Alexsondria Moffett, 23, of Savannah, Ga., were killed in Jordan, when a one-way unmanned aerial system (OWUAS) impacted their container housing units.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp issued a statement saying in part: "These soldiers gave the last full measure of devotion in service to this country. This inexcusable loss of life and the attack from terrorists that resulted in these casualties is a reminder of why we stand with the friends of liberty."
