Following the news that President Biden is dropping out of the Presidential race, a U.S. Congressman from the Upstate is calling on Biden to step down as President.
Congressman William Timmons took to X to post his take on the news saying "Joe Biden must resign. If he cannot run for re-election today, he should not be our President tomorrow."
