A traffic stop in the Upstate Thursday afternoon led to the arrest of two suspect and the discovery of large amounts of various drugs, cash and a stolen gun.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says Gang Unit Investigators stopped a car in Spartanburg around 2 PM. The driver was wanted on outstanding warrants.
The vehicle was searched and investigators recovered 18 grand in cash, a stolen gun, 13 ounces of crack, over 11 ounces of meth, more than ounce of fentanyl and other drugs.

The suspects, 36 year old Patrick Antoine Smith and 57 year old, Tyron Van Ellis both of Spartanburg are charged with trafficking meth, crack and fentanyl and multiple weapons violations.

Both suspects appeared in court Friday afternoon and have been denied bond.
