Two people have been charged in connection with an Upstate shooting. The shooting happened around 5 PM Tuesday at the South Hills Sports Complex in Union. When Deputies arrived they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. He was airlifted to Spartanburg Regional for treatment, he is expected to survive.

The Union County Sheriff's Office says charges in connection to the shooting have been filed on 18 year old Patrick Greer Williams and 20 year old Mickey Ahtitt Naproxay, both of Union. Williams was brought into custody on Wednesday, he's charged with accessory after the fact. Naproxay is the alleged shooter and is charged with attempted murder. The Sheriff's Office said he was still at large, as of the time of this report.
