
Two people are dead and a third is injured after a wrong way crash over the weekend in on a busy Upstate highway. The crash happened on I-385 near mile marker 31 in Greenville County, around 3:15 Sunday morning.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol says a Ford Bronco was heading north in the southbound lanes and hit a Honda Accord head-on. The driver and passenger in the Honda were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The driver of the Bronco was transported to a local hospital to be treated, their condition is unknown at this time.
The Greenville County Coroner's Office has identified the victims as 23 year old, Nytasha Shaleece Jones and 28 year old, Gabriel Bernard Haygood both of Greenville. The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
