Two South Carolina Highway Patrol troopers are injured after a hit and run in the Upstate. The crash happened around 2 AM Sunday at Cedar Lane Road and Alamo Street in Greenville.

The crash happened during a traffic stop on a Chrysler sedan. Both troopers were taken to the hospital, one was critically injured and the other was treated and released.
The Greenville County Sheriff's Office says, the suspect was taken into custody about an hour after the crash. The identity of the suspect has not yet been released.
